A small group session where meditation, breathwork, and music come together, supported by microdosing with psilocybin-containing truffles. With up to six participants, this session offers an attentive and contained setting to turn inward, while sharing the experience with others. Through meditation and the rhythm of the breath, supported by a subtle microdose, a shift in awareness can gently unfold.
Conscious, connected breathing can bring attention out of the thinking mind and into the body, allowing for closer contact with sensation and emotion. It may also soften habitual patterns, creating a more open and receptive state of awareness.
The microdose supports the process without overwhelming it, allowing you to stay with what arises while patterns soften and new perspectives can emerge.
Held by me and a certified breathwork coach, the session is carefully guided throughout.
This session may be a good fit if you feel drawn to explore in a more gradual way, or if a full psilocybin journey does not feel like the right step at this moment. Working with a gentle microdose remains optional.
