With up to eight participants, the group creates a shared space for inner exploration, connection, and insight. Guided by two facilitators, you are supported within a safe environment where your own process unfolds alongside the group, from preparation through to integration.
Whether you are preparing for a journey or reflecting afterwards, these one-on-one sessions offer a safe and supportive space to ground, process, and integrate your experience. Together, we explore your insights, clarify intentions, and support the integration of what has emerged into daily life. Each experience holds its own meaning.
