A shared journey of healing, insight, and connection

“Psilocybin can help us break down the barriers between ourselves and others and foster a sense of empathy and compassion.”– Katherine MacLean
Join us for a transformative experience led by two skilled facilitators, offering a safe, grounded space for deep exploration. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional healing, or a new perspective on life, the combination of psilocybin, experienced guidance, and a small group dynamic can open doors to profound transformation.
Why Group Ceremonies?
Sometimes the deepest shifts happen not just in solitude but in connection with others. In a small group setting (up to eight participants), the collective energy amplifies the insights and growth that emerge. Being witnessed and witnessing others can be profoundly healing, fostering a deep sense of belonging and compassion.
What To Expect
Introductory Call
A brief, no-obligation call to ensure a group setting is the right fit for you. We’ll discuss your intentions, health, and how the group dynamic can support your experience.
Preparation Session
This one-on-one session allows us to explore your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual story. We’ll clarify your intentions for the ceremony, grounding them into simple, heart-centered phrases that serve as quiet anchors — offering direction without control and providing steadiness when the journey becomes deep or unfamiliar. This session ensures you feel supported and ready for the transformative experience ahead.
Ceremony Day
The ceremony day is held with deep respect and mindfulness. Upon arrival, we’ll settle into the space with a calming tea, ensuring you feel grounded and connected. A group exercise will foster trust and presence. After sharing our intentions, we’ll begin the experience with truffle tea, allowing the journey to unfold naturally over the next 4 to 6 hours.
During the journey, we provide blindfolds and a curated playlist to help you turn inward. We offer support as needed, helping you navigate the experience with ease and clarity. After the journey, a light meal and healthy snacks will allow you to reconnect with the present moment. We’ll close with a circle, where you can share reflections before leaving.
Integration Session
The day after the ceremony, while the experience is still fresh, this session offers an opportunity to begin integrating the insights from your journey and start aligning them with the life you wish to lead. In this heightened state of receptivity — supported by neural plasticity and the afterglow of the experience — you’ll be in a powerful position to initiate meaningful changes, form new thought patterns, and take steps toward transformation. If needed, I will provide targeted exercises to help you maximise the benefits and address any challenges as they arise.
Second Integration Session
Two weeks on, we reconnect to explore how the experience is unfolding. This session supports your ongoing integration, helping you navigate any challenges and ground the transformation in your daily life. Together, we refine practices for clarity, connection, and lasting change.

We look forward to walking this path with you.
With warmth, Kati and Sara

Frequently Asked Questions
How Can I Know if It’s Right for Me?
If none of the contraindications apply to you, the most important guide is your own intuition.
If you feel called to this experience but still have questions or uncertainties, I encourage you to get in touch. We can explore together whether this is the right path for you and if now is the best time to begin your journey.
Can I Participate If I’ve Never Tried Truffles Before?
Absolutely — many participants join a truffle ceremony without any prior experience with plant medicines.
The ceremony is thoughtfully designed to be welcoming and supportive for first-timers.
- Preparation sessions will help you feel grounded, informed, and ready.
- You’ll receive clear guidance on what to expect and how to navigate the experience.
- Gentle support is offered throughout the journey, with space for all emotions to arise naturally and safely.
- After the ceremony, integration sessions help you process insights and apply them meaningfully in daily life.
There is no need to have previous psychedelic experience — just an open heart, a willingness to trust the process, and a readiness to meet yourself with compassion.
What Can I Gain from a Truffle Ceremony?
A truffle ceremony can offer deep and lasting benefits, such as:
- Self-Love and Acceptance — building a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
- New Perspectives — opening your mind and softening old thought patterns.
- Emotional Depth — connecting more deeply with your feelings and learning to process them.
- Clarity of Values and Goals — strengthening what truly matters to you.
- A Sense of Belonging — feeling more connected to others and to nature.
Truffles have been used for thousands of years for healing and transformation. When approached with care and respect, they can help you reconnect to your true essence and live more authentically.
NOTE: The program is not medical treatment or therapy. It should not be used as a substitute for medical care. Psilocybin is currently not an official treatment for any physical or mental health disorder within the European Union.
How Do I Choose Between a Group or Private Ceremony?
A Group Ceremony may be right for me if I:
- Want to connect with others and share the experience in a supportive group setting.
- Enjoy spending time with others, having conversations, and processing my journey with people around me.
- Feel ready to open up in a safe and nurturing environment, especially if I’ve been feeling disconnected.
- Want to disconnect from everyday life for a longer period, while being cared for in a held, supportive space.
- Appreciate a balance of connection and alone time.
(I’ll have space in the evenings and mornings for reflection, and I can take time for myself whenever needed — everything is an invitation, not an expectation.) - Feel comfortable being around others, even after the ceremony in the evenings.
A Private Ceremony may be right for me if I:
- Prefer one-on-one guidance and want a facilitator’s undivided attention.
- Value my personal space and feel I need time alone to reflect and process my experience.
- Find it difficult to be vulnerable or share openly in front of others, to the point where I feel frozen or avoidant.
(Some discomfort is normal, but if I find the group setting overwhelming, a private experience might allow me to go deeper and more freely.) - Am working with deep trauma and would benefit from focused, individualized support.
Have limited time and prefer a more flexible, personalized schedule.
How Can I Choose the Right Facilitator for My Journey?
Choosing the right facilitator is a deeply personal decision — and an important one. Here are a few key things to consider:
Preparation and Integration:
A good facilitator offers more than just guidance during the ceremony. True support includes thorough preparation beforehand and thoughtful integration afterward. Your journey continues well beyond the ceremony itself, and how you integrate the experience is essential for lasting transformation.
Pricing Differences:
Prices can vary widely, but the most important question is: Does it feel right for you?
This is often one of the most impactful experiences of a lifetime, so choose a facilitator and environment where you feel a clear, wholehearted yes.
My Approach:
I focus on providing personalized, small-scale guidance to ensure you receive the dedicated attention you deserve. By keeping my schedule intentionally light, I can give you the time and energy needed for your journey. I (Kati) will personally guide you through the process, offering step-by-step support. For group ceremonies, I’m joined by Sara, a trusted co-facilitator, ensuring you always have compassionate, professional support.
How Can I Prepare for the Ceremony?
After signing up, you will receive an intake form to fill out online. We will then schedule a personal phone call to get to know each other and discuss your intention for the ceremony.
I will provide guidance on the best way to prepare. This includes:
- Avoiding alcohol for at least a week before the ceremony
- Reducing coffee consumption
- Adjusting your diet to be as plant-based and sugar-free as possible
Mentally, you can prepare by shifting your focus inward. We will also take time to reflect on this before the ceremony begins.
What Are Magic Truffles?
Magic truffles, also known as sclerotia, are the underground part of certain psychedelic mushrooms. They contain psilocybin, the same active compound found in magic mushrooms, which induces altered states of consciousness, enhanced perception, and deep introspection.
While similar to magic mushrooms, truffles are typically less potent, making them a gentler option for those new to plant medicine or seeking a more subtle experience.
Used for centuries in healing and spiritual practices, magic truffles are consumed in a safe, supportive environment during ceremonies to promote self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth.
Are Truffles Legal and Safe?
Yes — magic truffles containing psilocybin are legal in the Netherlands.
When used with care, in the right set and setting — meaning a safe environment, experienced guidance, and an open, prepared mindset — truffles are considered safe for most people.
Research has shown that psilocybin is non-addictive and, when used intentionally, can be a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation.
Safety is always our top priority, and every ceremony is designed to create a supportive and nurturing space for your journey.
What Happens if I Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
I understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. Here’s how I handle cancellations and changes:
What if I need to reschedule less than 24 hours before the ceremony?
- Rescheduling within 24 hours is usually not possible because preparations have already been made.
- In case of a medical emergency, I will do my best to find a new date with you, but a refund cannot be guaranteed.
- No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours.
What if I get sick or have an emergency?
- Please contact me as soon as you can.
- Depending on the situation, we may be able to reschedule or I may offer a partial refund.
What if I don’t show up without notice?
- If you don’t attend and haven’t informed me, unfortunately, no refund can be given.
What happens if you (the facilitator) have to cancel or postpone?
- If I have to cancel or postpone (for example, due to illness or an unforeseen situation), you will have the choice of:
- Moving your booking to a future ceremony, or
Receiving a full refund.
If anything unexpected comes up, just let me know. I’ll always do my best to find a solution that feels fair and supportive.
